Hellooozz~~ today is my 3rd day of work... we had a meeting today abt dept "unhappiness" i would say... months ago they have this survey about how individual think about their own dept and the ppl working wif them.. those dept wif negative results are call for discussion to rectify probs... After today's discussion den i realise that our dept had alot of internal conflicts man... TIs such a small dept n yet ppl cant communicate well wif each other... PPl see that favoritism is being practice there... lol during the discussion some even "suan" one another sia.. unbelievable... They even think that there's no team work among themselves... waahh this is scary man...environment like this isnt healthy man.. hope that are relaly solutions to it.. I believe that working closely and happily wif one another is a very impt factor to bring life to ur work yea?? hahaha
After work... went dinner wif that idiot TZ... omg his hair so freaking long sia! hardly can recognise him -_- welll he gonna turn BOTAK soon Lol!!!! we went fish&co.. dun find the food nice this time round... din finsih( not my style)... den we went starbucks for drink... that greedy TZ so bloody full already still order tiramisu and espresso -_- but he finsihed! lol.... well we jus had some chats and without realising we already know each other for 4yrs! time really flies well like we always say "Time waits for no man" so treasure! haha ^^
